Da Vinci Unsolicited Notifications (hl7.fhir.us.davinci-alerts) is a FHIR messaging framework for event notifications. The shipped use case is admit/transfer/discharge; the IG's future scenario list explicitly includes "Notification of Prior Authorization (Pended to Approved/Denied)" and coverage start/end. Actors are Sender, Recipient, and Intermediary (clearinghouse/HIE). Notification is data transfer, not a pageable "alert" UI.
There's also a regulatory hook: CMS Conditions of Participation require hospitals to send ADT notifications — this IG is the FHIR answer for that class of event.
What ImOnFHIR does with it: Builder-track placeholder for Phase 4+ subscriptions/notification work. The PA-status-change scenario is the natural pairing with our PAS lab — design later, card now. We link the open STU IG; we do not host proprietary notification catalogs or licensed code content.
