ImOnFHIR is owned, funded, built, operated and reviewed by Nick Dugan on personal time, personal accounts and personal infrastructure.

It uses synthetic data only. Nothing here comes from a patient record, a production system or an employer's environment.

It publishes nothing employer-sensitive and no private production implementation. If something on this site looks like it came from a workplace, it did not; it came from public standards, public discussion and this lab's own synthetic work.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any employer, client, or HL7 International, now or in future. Employment, contract and consulting work do not change what ImOnFHIR does or says. The reverse is also true: ImOnFHIR does not speak for the people Nick works with.

How the work is done is public. The tools, models and people behind each part of the site are listed on the About page, and how the digest is produced is on How it works.

Corrections and removal requests: nick@imonfhir.com. A correction is applied and dated on the page it touches; a removal request from a source owner is honoured.
