What HORIZON reads
Read from HORIZON configuration at origin/main f3e8f5c. A summary of any of these is a machine summary until it is reviewed; see what a summary is.
Feeds
HL7 work group lists
HORIZON's note: Individual list identity comes from the List-Id header
Cadence: pushed to HORIZON by webhook as each message arrives; not polled. Each list registers itself the first time a message carrying its List-Id arrives; no list names are in config.
It cannot tell you anything about a list before its first message arrives, because a list is known only from then.
Google Groups
HORIZON's note: SMART on FHIR and others
Cadence: pushed to HORIZON by webhook as each message arrives; not polled. Each list registers itself the first time a message carrying its List-Id arrives; no list names are in config.

chat.fhir.org (Zulip)
HORIZON's note: Polled public channels. Sender identity dropped at ingest (owner decision 2026-10-13).
Read from chat.fhir.org with the account imonfhir-bot, on 0 4,10,16,22 * * * (cron): four times a day, at 04:00, 10:00, 16:00 and 22:00 UTC. The channels HORIZON was seeded with:
- Da Vinci PAS
- Da Vinci CRD
- Da Vinci DTR
- Da Vinci
- Da Vinci Risk Adjustment
- TEFCA FHIR
- implementers
- smart
- workflow
- fhir/infrastructure-wg
The live list follows the account's subscriptions (synced at most every 1 hour).
It cannot tell you: anything outside the channels the account follows, or who said what, since sender identity is not kept.
HL7 blog (The Standard)
HORIZON's note: Publisher headlines only: title, date, categories, link. Bodies and authors are never read.
- HL7 blog: https://blog.hl7.org/rss.xml
Read on 30 4,10,16,22 * * * (cron): four times a day, at 30 minutes past hours 4, 10, 16 and 22. It cannot tell you what a post says beyond its headline: the body is not kept.
HL7 Jira
There is no list of Jira projects. Keys are taken from thread text: bare keys with the prefixes FHIR, UP, CDA, V2, and any key in a jira.hl7.org/browse/ URL. Status is re-read on 45 */6 * * * (cron): every six hours, at 45 minutes past the hour.
It cannot tell you what was said inside Jira: the site reads each item's status word and nothing else.
hl7.org conference calls
HORIZON does not read the hl7.org conference-call calendar. It does tag conference-call cancellation notices that arrive by list mail.
It cannot tell you when a work group meets.

Benchmark
A benchmark runs every two weeks, on the 1st and the 15th, on 50 sampled public claims.
Whether each claim's evidence is intact and its sources and Jira statuses still agree. It does not judge whether a machine summary is correct; that is the human review sample.

Hash drift: not checkable over HTTP: the source_hash covers the message text HORIZON sent the model, which is not published, and on an incremental run only that run's new messages
